Restom® MotorPeint PMV 3030 – Engine Paint for Engines, Gearboxes & Brake Drums in Original Colours

Repaint your engine and gearbox in the original colour? Restom® MotorPeint PMV 3030 is an anti-corrosion paint for engines, gearboxes, differentials and brake drums made of cast iron, steel and light alloy.

• ✔ 10 original shades – from Citroën green to Ford Bright Blue
• ✔ Heat resistant up to 180 °C – ideal for liquid-cooled engines
• ✔ Fully resistant once heated to water, salt, oil, fuel and coolant
• ✔ 1K – no hardener: keeps for a very long time even once opened
• ✔ Directly on degreased metal – brush without brush marks, or spray

How to use

1. Degrease the metal; better still, pre-treat with Phosprim 4090.
2. Apply with a brush or spray gun.
3. Can be handled after approx. 24 h at 20 °C – optimum hardness after the engine has warmed up.

Good to know

• Also suitable for radiators (thinned 20 % with Diluant 5020) – not for exhaust manifolds or engine interiors.
• Clean only with Restom® Diluant 5020 and acetone.
• Colours on screen may differ. Special colours on request.
