Which kit is right for your tank?
The tank material is what matters: steel has to be derusted, aluminium and plastic don't rust – degreasing and sealing are enough there. Then choose the size according to your tank capacity.

Work steps
Degrease, derust, seal – here's how it works
No sandblasting and no special tools: the products are poured into the tank and distributed by swirling. Detailed instructions are included with every product.
Degrease
Why? Oil, grease and fuel residues prevent the rust remover and sealer from working and adhering evenly.
- Mix SDT 4060 1:10 with warm water
- pour into the tank, swirl, leave to act
- rinse thoroughly with clean water
Needed for: all tanks – steel, aluminium and plastic

Derust
Why? The rust has to come off completely: the sealer only lasts on bare metal.
- Mix PAC 2030 1:1 with water and pour in
- move regularly for approx. 1–4 hours depending on the degree of rust
- rinse and dry completely (hair dryer or hot air)
Needed for: steel, copper and brass tanks – not needed for aluminium and plastic

Seal
Why? The 2K resin layer closes pores and fine cracks and permanently protects against new rust and fuel migration.
- Mix the EIR 2000 resin and hardener completely
- pour in, slowly turn the tank in all directions, drain off the excess
- cure: touch-dry after approx. 24 h, can be refilled after approx. 7 days (15–25 °C)
