Restom® Stahllack 9130 – 2K Clear Coat for Bare, Brushed or Polished Steel

Want bare or polished steel to stay that way – without rust? Restom® Steel Lacquer 9130 is a glossy 2K anti-corrosion lacquer that preserves the appearance of sanded, brushed or polished steel.

How to use

1. Remove all rust from the steel with PAC 2030.
2. Degrease very thoroughly, e.g. with acetone.
3. Optionally protect with Phosprim 4090 (not on polished steel).
4. Paint within 2 hours of derusting.
5. Spray 2 coats (3.5–4.5 bar, nozzle approx. 1 mm, 10 % thinner 5020) – brush only for small parts.

Scope of delivery

• 750 g Steel Lacquer 9130 (resin + hardener)
• 500 ml Restom® Diluant 5020

Not suitable for

Rusty steel, stainless steel and exhaust pipes. For aluminium: Restom® Alufilm 4040.
