Restom® DKPANT 4031 – Paint Stripper for Light Alloys, Wheels, Underbody Coating & Tank Liners (750 ml)

Paint, clear coat, epoxy or underbody coating has to come off – without damaging the metal? Restom® DKPANT 4031 removes most paints and coatings while being particularly gentle on metals.

• ✔ Safe on light alloys: does not blacken aluminium and alloys
• ✔ Metal-friendly: not aggressive towards metals
• ✔ Underbody coating without a torch: bituminous layers are easy to remove
• ✔ Wide range: from wheels to old inner tank coatings
• ✔ Water-rinsable – scrape off or rinse directly

Removes

• Body paints: polyurethane, alkyd, cellulose and others
• Industrial and special paints incl. epoxy (depending on the layer structure)
• Bitumen / underbody coating
• Old or faulty inner tank coatings

How it works

1. Apply with a brush – for the inside of tanks also by filling/flooding.
2. Leave to work: from a few minutes to several hours, depending on paint and layer thickness (tank coatings may take longer).
3. Scrape off or rinse with water.

Consumption

• 750 ml for approx. 1.5–2.5 m²
• Underbody coating of a medium-sized car: approx. 1–2 litres
• Removing a tank coating: up to 25 l → 1 can · up to 70 l → 2 cans · over 70 l → 3 cans

Important

Apply to plastic for a maximum of 2 hours and check regularly.
